The following terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) govern your use of Web Developers Shop site (hereafter referred to as "Site"), and any content made available from or through the Site.
The Site is owned by Web Developers®.EU represented by Daniel Ševčík (hereafter referred to as "Owner").
Your use of, and access to, the Site indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
You need to be a member of the Site to access the Site or use the content or services.
On becoming a member, you will be required to enter into a separate Membership Agreement.
Your use of the Site does not grant to you any ownership or interest in any content, code, data or materials you may access on or through the Site or any intellectual property rights subsisting any content, code, data or materials you may access on or through the Site.
If you make other use of the Site, or the products available for sale/licensing on the Site (hereafter referred to as "Products"), content, code, data or materials on the Site or available through the Site, except as otherwise provided above, you will violate copyright and other laws of Czech Republic, other countries, as well as applicable state laws and may be subject to liability for such unauthorised use.

The state and territory legislation in Czech Republic may confer rights and remedies on you in relation to the provision goods or services on the Site which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by Owner (Non-excludable Rights).
Owner does not exclude any Non-excludable Rights but does exclude all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law or statute.

We control and operate the Site from our offices in Czech Republic in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic or European Union laws. We do not represent that materials on the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Disputes between the parties in connection with the agreement shall be attempted solved by negotiations.
If the parties cannot reach an agreement, unless otherwise stated, shall the dispute be solved in accordance to laws of Czech Republic, in the city of Prague, Czech Republic (or otherwise with an agreement that disputes can be solved by arbitration.)
